    I have an uncanny obsession with Charles Lutwidge Dodgson, so it’s about time I saw this loosely-based film by Czechoslovakian director Jan Švankmajer. The film supremely exceeded my expectations- the stop-motion and tangible cinematic techniques blended well with that rare breed of eeriness that lurks in Carroll’s stories. Cut the watered down naivete bullshit, and watch Alice if you haven’t already.
